I have low fps in all games, browser runs slowly and browsing my files also runs slow. It isn't a bottleneck (because the "slowest" part of my pc is the GPU but it can run the games i try), it isn't overheating (max gpu temp: ~55C° max cpu temp: ~58°), i've checked for memory errors, i've defrag the pc, updated drivers, runned MalwareBytes, AVG and Malicious Software removal tool in windows safe mode.

AMD FX 6300 Six Core Processor 3.50ghz
8 GB of RAM Kingston 533mhz
ASROCK N68-VS3 FX
500gb of hard drive
btw: I have low fps on Warcraft III, Age of Empires 2, Terraria, League of Legends, Borderlands 2. I suspect it may be somekind of malware that i could not detect. My pc is 3 years old i think but this issue started about 6 months ago.
