About temps, something wrong?

Did the Cryorig H7 arrive with it's own thermal paste? if you applied that then this might be your problem, Take it off clean the heatsink/pipes and clean the CPU and apply sme good quality thermal paste.

Sorry if this is a little insulting however since I saw it not too long ago I feel I should check. Have you made sure your cooler is properly fitted AND has power?

are far lower than yours during their tests so I would double check everything is fitted and powered correctly.

Yep xd, its not offensive.
The fan is plugged and spining at max rpm and yes, i wipe the old paste.
By the way, the cpu is running at 4,4, maybe temps should be checked with the turbo off, at 4,0?
Also, the 4th core is always 10-15 ºC cooler than the others. I think iits not a normal difference between core temps.
