I did what I should have done in the first place, check to see if this question has already been answered. It has.

Hey people, I'm upgrading my card for the first time. I am so indecisive when it comes to making a purchase in which I know so little about. My cpu and psu and all that is suitable for this upgrade I am just torn between getting a gtx 960 card that has more memory (4b) or one that has a faster base and boost clock (2gb). They have a product that has both the boost and the 4gb but it does not come with a cooling system.

8 gb vram

Thanks

Get the 4GB. Both cards can be clocked to the same speed.
And they both have "a cooling system". Not sure what you meant by that comment.

I have the 2GB FTW ACX2.0+. The only reason I got it, was because the 4GB version hadn't been released yet when I bought it. 2GB isn't a major hardship at 1080p with my games, but some games can utilize more than 2GB at 1080p.
