Win XP has not been available for quite some time. Not legally, anyway.

What did Microsoft say when you asked them about this hash value?

Lastly....why XP?

i have a legit windows 7 ultimate upgrade disk kit, but i do not have a operating system on my computer. That is why i wanted to install windows xp/vista then upgrade it.

A legit Win 7 would only be able to be upgraded from a legit, licensed, Win XP.
Which you do not have.
