Safe Overclocking Temps

So I've run MSI Kombustor on my i7 4790k after it has been overclocked for about 10 minutes and here is what i got on HWMonitor.

Anything I should be concerned about? Cheers.

Mid eighties are around the highest I would go. those are acceptable temps, but I would not OC anymore. if anything perhaps try to drop the voltage slightly.

I also have a slight problem, I have OC'ed to 4.6GHz, but under load it appears as 5.25GHz on the task manager.

hmmmm could be slightly unstable or just a glitch. if it seems stable I would not worry too much.

No BSOD's during the period of the overclock and I believe it could be the turbo boost, or just a glitch. Anyway, thanks for the help!
