Hey guys I hope u can help me out with this. I have started to build a gaming pc but honestly its a bit overwhelming. I have already purchased a gpu (nivida gforce gtx 980) and cpu (intel i7 6700k) but im a bit stuck on the mobo part. I obviously want it to be ddr4 but thats as far as I got. I don't plan on going with a sli configuration anytime soon nor do I plan to overclock it. I still want that option open which is why I opted for the 6700k. Therefore can u recommend me a mobo that wont break the bank. Something in the price range of 50-115 dollars. Thanks in advance for any help u can give me.

Thanks for getting back to me, I saw that Asus z170 but the reviews I read said it was a pain to install because of that large plastic piece on the left side of the board. I was really hoping to find a bundle or cpu mobo combo to make things easier but newegg seems to be the only place to do that. And my one experience ordering from them was very problematic so I am kinda apprehensive to buy anything from them again. I guess im not going to find a cheap mobo for under a 100. Maybe u can help me with a second question which is a psu. What would be a sufficient wattage for my sytem needs? And whats is this modular semi-modular stuff mean. Im sorry for being such a noob. Again thanks for the assistance.

I have no personal experience with them. They are typically known as a "budget" brand, but everyone who has gotten mboards from them I know seems happy with them.

I just wanted to say thanks for the help, I decided to go with the GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 5 (rev. 1.0). Actually is was a bundle pack that included the cpu intel i7 6700k, corsair vengence ddr4 2400 2x4gb and a 750gb hdd all for $619. That was a price that was hard to pass up but I now need a psu and tower unit. Someone recomended EVGA G2 650W.
and a Corsair Carbide 300R case but I dont know anything about psu or cases. Like I said I'm such a noob when it comes to desktops. Any suggestions on a psu or case?
