I currently have the following specs:

Motherboard: ASrock H61M-VS
CPU: Intel 2 100 (Sandy Bridge)
GPU: Radeon R9 380 Dual-X (2 GB version)
PSU: Corsair CX500M
HDD: 500 GB
DVD Burner
Ram: 8 GB DDR3 (2x4) (not sure of frequency, something like 1000 Mhz)

As you can see I have a decent GPU, it does the job, but I feel that a nice CPU would increase its performance. so what's the best, and cheapest, Mainboard + CPU combo I have to buy to get a good gaming performance? If you think I need other upgrades please tell me :)

That motherboard has all the USB 3.0 and it will let you crossfire the 380X later. The newer quad core will be a decent upgrade to your current CPU and while it's a step up it isn't a world of difference. You can spend a little more to get the i5-4690K instead and overclock it which would give you even more...
