So my old rig finally gave up the ghost, and it's time to rebuild. I've been strongly considering sizing down to a Matx board and case, considering some of the new Matx boards look pretty promising. I've never used Matx before and my only concern is that I'm unsure what to do about CPU cooling, I could conceivably fit a 212 evo or something along those lines into the case I'm looking at but it was already a huge pain to fit in my previous Antec 900 case. I was wondering it anyone could give me some cooling solution suggestions, air or water is fine. For reference I'll be listing my current proposed build with links to the relevant parts for people, just as an FYI I'm pretty non-negotiable on my decision to go Matx and on the case (unless I'm looking at a build breaking issue). The GPU cant be changed because that's a carry over from the rig I just laid to rest and I really can't afford to change it.

The thing to remember is air flow through the case. The best air cooler won't work well is the air isn't moved out of the case. My solution for my Dell XPS8700 i7 4790k running BOINC 24/7:
- Noctua NH L12 chip cooler with the bottom fan pwm and the top fan running at full speed
- Noctua 90mm fan at the front of the case running at full speed
- 50mm fan at the exterior exhaust port of the power supply running at full speed
- 60mm at the case exhaust port running pwm.

My temps run in the high 50s and low 60s.
