For best performance, how much power supply (in watts) I need for motherboard GA-B150M-D3H with i5 6600k, 16(2x8)gb ddr4 ram (2133MHz), GTX970 4gb graphic card, wifi & bluetooth card ?

After calculating watts,
Please suggest me the BEST & CHEAPEST PSU & CABINET

A high quality 500 watt PSU can do the job for your system. Verified 'in stock' -
SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply - $49.99 ($39.99 after rebate)

www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case - $34.99

www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811553011

It will total less than 400W.

This PSU is ranked Tier 2 (high quality) and is on a crazy sale right now making it a bargain and will allow for future upgrades as it is 750W:

Cabinet depends on what you want. I can't recommend you a cabinet without knowing your preferences: pineapple feet, side panel made out of chocolate, maybe a cabinet with some grape bearing fans idk. If you want me to recommend the cheapest high quality case then this is an obvious choice: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-s210e001

I agree with Archaic that a 520 watt would be sufficient, however it would not leave a ton of head room for expandability or overclocking much

Expect watts, I dont know anything about PSU....
Do I really need to consider those factors other than watts??
OR
Should I just go with any psu which gives me the total calculated required watts of all the components??

The PSUs which I am looking for are of 400, 420, 450 & 500 watts...
Can I go with any 1 of the 4 PSUs and still can get the best performance???

If not then EXACTLY how much watts would be sufficient enough for the BEST PERFORMANCE with the above mentioned configuration???
(I have no plans for overclocking or any future upgrading)

Doesn't even compare to the quality of the Seasonic I posted.

Cheaper... SeaSonic X-850 would be good. (I have one, I love it.)
