Cabinet depends on what you want. I can't recommend you a cabinet without knowing your preferences: pineapple feet, side panel made out of chocolate, maybe a cabinet with some grape bearing fans idk. The Seasonic 520 is plenty of power for an i5 with a GTX 970. You don't need a 750 unless you want to use 2 GTX 970's. Also, the one mentioned is expensive before rebate. Updated my original reply with budget case recommendation.

Expect watts, I dont know anything about PSU....
Do I really need to consider those factors other than watts??
OR
Should I just go with any psu which gives me the total calculated required watts of all the components??

The PSUs which I am looking for are of 400, 420, 450 & 500 watts...
Can I go with any 1 of the 4 PSUs and still can get the best performance???

If not then EXACTLY how much watts would be sufficient enough for the BEST PERFORMANCE with the above mentioned configuration???
(I have no plans for overclocking or any future upgrading)

I already told you 500 watts is fine for your system. The Seasonic I mentioned is the highest quality for the lowest price right now.
