Yes. The graphics card (Like Most) uses a PCI-E 3.0 X16 socket and your motherboard has exactly that. For future reference they jsut have to be the same slot Ex. PCI-E X16 As far as version of PCI-E goes they are backwards compatible so a PCI-E 3.0 X16 card will work in a motherboard with a PCI-E 2.0 X16 slot, and a PCI-E 2.0 X16 card will work in a motherboard with a PCI-E 3.0 X16 slot.
