Windows 8.1 Memory Management Error Every few minutes

Just a note, I have read heaps of different websites and forums saying what to do and how to fix it, so far none of these have helped me.

My Spec: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 K6+, Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB, Toshiba HDD 2TB, 2x8GB RAM Kingston HyperX Fury, Intel Core i7 6700, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1, Cougar RS750 750W 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply.

So I got my first computer, I had to build it, and everything was ok. I installed Windows 8.1 Pro from a USB, which then had an error when it was opening Windows 8.1 after the PC had restarted. I googled the error message that I got "The Computer Restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error", and I was simply able to fix it (link). This was the first thing that I had found weird about my PC.

After I got onto Windows 8.1, it started installing the apps and getting the PC ready to use. As the screen said "Almost ready" I got a BSOD, with the error message "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". I didn't really think much of it, and decided to restart my PC and let Windows 8.1 "get ready" again.
Once I got onto Windows, I put in the disk with all my drivers, and installed them all. I did not encounter any problems here. I then went onto Google Chrome (installed from the disk), and installed steam. I then got another "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" BSOD. I searched MEMORY_MANAGEMENT on Google (on my old laptop), to try and find fixes. The main things which seem to trigger this error are things like faulty RAM, corrupt OS, and corrupt drivers. I logged back onto my new PC to check my drivers, I didn't see any errors there, so I went on to testing the OS.. by using the "sfc /scannow" command in CMD. It came back saying something like "There are files that are corrupt and were unable to be repaired". I thought that this would be the issue considering I had errors while installing Windows 8.1 (as mentioned before). I also tested the RAM with MemTest86.. no errors there.

I then thought it was the OS that was corrupt and causing the issue, so I decided to do a fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro (from the USB again). The same error which happened in the beginning happened again.
When I logged into Windows, I was almost instantly greeted with another BSOD. I then just tried to get onto Windows a few times, only to be shown a handful of BSOD within the first 5 minutes of logging on. I just googled the errors, and they were essentially the same as the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors, being due to corrupt drivers or RAM.
Some of the errors were:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

I thought maybe it was my SSD, because I had seen a forum saying that some Samsung SSD's are causing errors. So, I installed Windows 8.1 on my HDD, while having my SSD unplugged. I was still getting all of the errors that I was getting with the SSD plugged in.
So, to conclude, I have no idea how to fix these errors. I am not sure if I installed Windows wrong.. but I am getting errors while installing it, and I do think that Windows is what is causing this issue, but I do not have a clue on how to fix it. I also do not have any logs or anything to show, I simply don't know how to see the logs.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Solution
May want to try further memtests. HCI memtest, memtest86, 86+ is pretty outdated I think. Try running 1 module at a time as well. Also, I've seen BSODs occur and the sfc /scannow errors being fixed after downloading a few Windows updates. Even BSODs during OS install though not the same one. Latest UEFI on your motherboard? May want to unplug unneeded USB devices, ect. and try to get latest chipset/platform drivers installed as well.

Haha, it's my first build so thank you. Also, thank you for your response, the first thing I did was update the UEFI, it was on 1.10, and updating it to 1.90 fixed all the issues, thanks! :)
