Moto 360 Keeps Turning Off

So I just bought a Moto 360 (First gen) and it decided it likes to turn off if I don't touch it for half a second. I might be scrolling through notifications or the app launcher and it just decides to give me the little rumble and turn off. And I don't mean powering down it just shuts the screen and goes back to the watch face when I turn it on. If this is just because of the processor I guess I'll just have to live with it but hopefully there's an update or something I can do to fix it.

It seems that the problem has completely resolved itself through time. Because of the old processor it must have taken a sort of a "burn in" to run 100%. I think it also happens when the watch is powered off and on again. Hopefully this helps more people.

It was there as soon as I turned it on but I uninstalled all the apps on it and it hasn't changed so I think it's either the processor or a defective unit but as for a Motorola repair station I live in Australia so I'll look into it but I might try seeing if the retailer (JB Hi Fi) can do anything
