Blue screen after overclocking amd fx 8370

I have no idea why, but all i do is change the freq of my cpu to 4500 mhz and like and hour and a half later my pc blue screens and give me this DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I shouldnt have any problems with overclocking, but for some reason on every cpu ive had my computer has always blue screened so clearly im doing something wrong hahah
