Only exhaust fans in top rear?

So I'm using a case from a server I found on the side of the road, and the only fan spots in the back are 80 mm spots. I have some 80mm that came with it and make no noise but the sound of moving air, but that sound is too loud for me.

Would I be fine only using the 120mm fan spots in the top for exhaust, or is there a considerable cooling difference by leaving off the rear fans? The top ones are right above the heatsink, on either side. The 80mm back fans are tolerable with a low noise adapter from the noctuas, but move so little air that it seems ridiculous to leave them there at all, yet I'm hesitant because the heatsink fans shoot directly at them.

Solution
if you put in a 80mm fan u can lower the rpm until u can barley hear it it will still move air but it will be very quiet u can do this by going to the bios of your motherboard
