Can I run GTA V with these specs? I heard that gt 220 can run but i don't think it will run at a playable 20 - 30 fps. If I can't can you suggest what parts should I buy?

If you live in the US, then if you can get these parts, you would have an awesome gaming PC for the money. This is without a case, this is around 550$, if its too much for you, we will work out something else.

You probably won't be able to run it at all. If you want us to suggest which parts to buy, we need to know how much you can spend. Judging by your current parts, i would say you need a completely new PC.

Note: The power supply is a bit overkill IMO, could do with a good quality 500W or 550W.
