Hey there, I'm not very familiar with AMD Processors.
I dont mind to bother you guys but I need some help.

I have and old Desktop PC:
CPU: Dual Core E5200
Mobo: DG31PR
RAM: 2GB 800Mhz
Graphics card: Nvidia 7200GS
HDD: Samsung 150GB (probably sata 1)
I've been using this computer for about 6 years.
I run these programs with this deskptop pc: Solidworks 2012, Autocad 2016, Photoshop, TIA PORTAL V13, DOTA 2 (this one at very low settings), Visual Studio 2013, Star Craft 2 (I unistalled this game because a warning window came up saying something like Graphic card overheating, apart from that this game run slow)

I tried to run Android Studio to develop some apps but, my pc just cant run it, my pc freezes.
About TIa Portal, I need to practice with this software in order to applying for a job. But honestly, Install it took me about 1 hour and when i click on its desktop icon it takes about 5min to start. Actually I can run Plc Sim to simulate a plc but it is a little slow.

So, I was think about upgrade my pc: Add 2GB RAM , other processor Core 2 quad for example. But because of the mobo, it suports up to 4GB @ 800mhz.

So I decided to buy another desktop pc, using the same keyboard (PS/2) and monitor (VGA) to save some money. I would like a pc slightly better to use it for the next year (then probably a Dell mobile workstation). That's when I think of AMD, if I'm not wrong build a pc with AMD processor would be less expensive than a Intel built.

CPU: A8 7650k
Mobo: ASUS A68HM-PLUS -> this one has 4 slots for ram
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H -> and this one has 2 slots for ram
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
PSU: EVGA 430V,80 PLUS
About RAM: 8GB (2133 Mhz is what A8 7650k suports)

Siemens recomend a core i5-3320m to run Tia Portal V13.
1.IWhat would be the AMD equivalent processor for this intel CPU?
2. Would these components (see above) be more than enough to run Tia Portal V13?
3. Is the integrated Graphics of the AMD processor better than graphic card Nvidia 7200GS? I still want to be able to play Dota 2 sometimes, I watch some videos on youtube where someone can play. Apart from that, my sister tend to use Photoshop so if the integrated graphics of AMD is better or slightly better i think it can run photoshop then.
4. About the mobos, I understand that dual channel is when 8GB = 2x4GB. What if the mobo has 4 slots? 2slots are independent from the others 2? If I already had 8GB=2x4GB and I decide to upgrade to 16GB, the others 2 memory rams have to the same as the others? I mean same MHZ but different Brand?

If you have any computer with AMD processor and run software similar to that I mentioned, please comment!.

Solution
The 7650k with the Asus board will do everything you need mate yes.

Yes on a 4 slot board , 2 sticks in the blue slots will give you 8gb dual channel.
Another 2 sticks in the black slots will give you 16gb dual channel.
When upgrading to 4 sticks from 2 its always advised to match brand as well as speed/timings.
Identical sticks will always work , mismatched sticks may or may not.

Integrated graphics on the apu - 5-6 times more powerful than an old 7200gs.
You will not need that card anymore.

Ram speed on these amd chips only affects 3d graphics performance.
1866 cl9/10 is good enough if its significantly cheaper.
