Should I update my GPU from Window Update

I usually update my Nvidia GPU's driver from "Geforce Experience" but now i saw that even window update was offering an update for my GPU.

Should I install the update from window update or not ?

I don't and wouldn't. I've had Windows Update offer me some very old drivers before and ended up having to do the update from the manufacturer anyways. If there is an update from nVidia, get it from nVidia. But make sure that your GPU is supported by the new drivers, I've been offered updates from nVidia even though they dropped support for my GPU several drivers back.
