So I'm looking at air cooling for my new rig and was wondering if I should stick with the Hyper 212 EVO or if I should go with something else. I know the D92 and V-Series are newer models compared to the Hyper 212 EVO and was wondering if they were worth it or if there are other air coolers I should into. Here's my rig so far:

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming G1 WIFI-BK ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 12GB (3 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (System Drive)
Western Digital BLACK SERIES 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (Everyday Media Drive)
Western Digital BLACK SERIES 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (Lightworks Drive)
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card
Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full Tower Case
Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I'm thinking about overclocking the processor to 4.5GHz so I'd like to know which air cooler I should go with. I don't want to do liquid cooling as I don't have that kind of money to go that route seeing as how this rig as-is is already stretching the spare cash I get from my pay check to the max.

Between the ones you've stated I'd say to go for the V8 GTS just for the aesthetics and not just performance though you may want to look into this which will be available along way from now but at a really high price point which is the same you'd be paying for a closed loop watercooler. On second thoughts you may be able to pick up an EK predator 240mm kit.

There are lot more other brands to choose from like Phanteks, Cryorig, Raijintek, Noctua to name a few.
