I'm using the latest version of A-Tuning available for my motherboard (2.0.75.1) and it just started crashing after running for about 15 minutes. The error I get when it crashes and exits is "abnormal program exit".

The PC this is happening on is connected to my TV and rarely gets any new software installed aside from Windows updates. It's also been running stock for a few months. So when out of the blue A-Tuning started crashing and after rebooting and re-installing A-Tuning to no avail, I looked to see what had changed on the machine.

The only thing that had changed was this Microsoft update:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3132372

It makes no sense that this update should impact A-Tuning, but I uninstalled it to see. The A-Tuning crashes stopped. I re-installed the MS update, the A-Tuning crashes started again. I've repeated this process a few times and it definitely seems linked to this update.

While searching to see if this patch was causing problems for other people, I found these

Anyway, just thought I'd post here in case it's happening for others or if anyone has ideas.

Add to the list of bizarre issues/breakages, KB3132372 downloaded and installed by itself and caused the Citibank Virtual Account Numbers desktop program (under Windows 10 Build 10586.36) to stop working. Spending the time Uninstalling and reinstalling the Citibank VAN program had no effect. MS Start Screen
Settings - Advanced Options - View your update history - Uninstall Updates, choosing KB3132372 to uninstall, immediately got the Citibank VAN program working again. MS mandatory updates stick it to us customers yet again. I like to be optimistic so Maybe MS will have the modicum of sense to not try to reinstall KB3132372 until they get it to break fewer programs. JS10013
