Getting artifacts and crashes on my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti

Hi guys! I am having serious problems with my PC and I think it has to do with my graphics card.
My PC keeps crashing, with no warning. the sound that was playing at the moment of the crash keeps repeating itself. some times I just get a black screen and then a pop-up saying that my graphics card drivers have crashed and successfully recovered. I am underclocking my graphics card with ASUS GPU tweak. As you can see, the GPU usage spikes after the crash of the drivers. The underclocking worked temporary, but now the crashes ar getting more frequent. I have reinstalled my drivers and my widows 3 times and the problem was just delayed. The crashes occur when I enter almost any game and sometimes I get artifacts when it crashes. If i underclock my GPU more than I am doing now, I get random flickering purple/green screens followed by the pop-up about the recovered drivers.
