I recently bought Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 GPU. Model: GV-N960OC-4GD
Since its installation, the fan rpm is fluctuating between min and max speeds constantly.
One second it is 725 rpm, next it is 2496, and then 869565 the very next second!!
This is when the system is idle.

I cleaned everything so there is no dust.
Updated the driver to latest one.
Uninstalled HD Audio, 3D Vision etc.
Still problem is there. Please help!
