as the titles describes when i connect my HD 5750 radeon my processor E6500 dual core starts to overheat. Without the GPU the idle temperature is 40 C while when the gpu is connected the temp. goes up to 70 idle. I have no idea how to fix this ! As soon as the computer starts i check the temperatures.

That is quite a big jump in temps. So when your running integrated graphics your cpu is at normal temps but when you add the dedicated GPU it jumps 30 C on idle? I would check your cpu voltage with the gpu and make sure its not fluctuation or bumped up. Also adding a GPU of course is going to generate more heat inside your case so if you dont have adequate air flow this can become a problem. Make sure your cpu cooler is seated well.

Thanks for the reply !, yeah it increases to 70 C on idle as soon as the computer starts with the dedicated gpu connected. I have removed the side cover and the cpu is seated perfectly , the issue is when the GPU is connected the temp. increases. I have no idea how to change the voltages and to what to change i to. :(
