I have been playing games fine for a long time, but just recently they have all been choppy and unplayable.
On task manager when I am just idle on the desktop, CPU usage is around 10% and memory usage is around 20%.
When I was loading up a game, the CPU usage was around 96% and the memory was about 40%.
During the game, when I could move around but it was slow and choppy, the CPU usage was around 17% and the memory was around 85%.
What do I do?
