okay so i just had a bad overheating problem with my old psu i just replaced that yesterday. Since then i started up my pc and tried to play r6siege. The game was fine then 10min into playing it started getting little frames maybe 10 or so and then 30 seconds later my keyboard and mouse lights went black and the computer rebooted itself shortly after.

The computer can run fine on anything but games i can still use chrome and stuff but it just goes crazy with games. I installed some software to check heating (HWMonitor) and (Core Temp) both temps are seperate but both say that the temps are pretty high in graphics card and cpu. I suspected that since my pc would overheat once a day or every other day that it might have gotten at the thermal paste and that i need to re apply a new coat.

If you can help me with an awnser that would be great c:

Overheating could be your problem, you just need to determine if it's your CPU or GPU that is overheating.
I would download Performance Test and first run the CPU Mark tests with MSI Afterburner running so you can see a graphed history of CPU & GPU temps. You could also get CPU-Z and run the Stress CPU and just run it for a half hour and see if your computer crashes with high temps.

If the CPU stress tests are ok then move on to some GPU stress tests, you could just open up Performance Test and make the Main window big so it's using a high % of your CPU and see if it crashes your PC.
