So i was playing a match of CS:GO.When i finished i started "HW MONITOR" to check my temps(as i usually do)When it started i was shocked to see my CPU temp was as high as 75-78°C(it's usally between 25-40°C on full load).I immediately
turned off my pc and after 10-20 sec started it again and booted into BIOS to check the temps again. It was a relief because the temps were falling.
What could have caused this and should i worry about my CPU malfunctioning.
(an interesting fact is that when i turned my pc off i placed my hand on the case and it was cold(definetely not 70°C)but i could be wrong)
my specs are:
CPU:AMD FX 6300 (with a cooler master hyper evo 212 cooler)
PSU:Corsair VS series 650W
GPU:Nvidia gtx 750 ti(2gb)
and a very well ventilated case.
