Great build, I see no incompatibilities. When it comes to your OS (Windows 7/8/10) it's completely your choice and what you're comfortable with. I'd personally go for the Windows 10, especially since DX12 games are on the horizon.

In the order you presented it

- The AMP Extreme is better than previous generations of zotac offerings. As usual it has a pretty high factory overclock that's offset by the weaker aftermarket cooling solution they use. There's better 980 Ti's but this is fine.

- Low latency 3000/3200mhz dimms can be had for relatively the same or little cost more than the ones you selected. It's one of those "why not" things.

- The 212 Evo is fine for a mild overclock. I'd pass up on the AIO liquid coolers and just replace the evo with a CRYORIG H7 now for a few bucks more. It's quieter, easier to install and will cool better. Should be good enough to get a decent overclock.

- CPU and mobo are fine, though I'd say the M7 is a bit overpriced for little to no performance gain. Bells and whistles

- You'd be fine with a 1TB WD Blue over the black. Unless you just care about the extended warranty, then the black is superior.

- Windows uses something like 8-30GB depending on version. So that's a lot of SSD left over that would be better used with some games/apps on it. The SSDNow V300 gets a bad rep around these parts, mainly for it's price to performance standard. For less than $20 you can usually get an MX from crucial or an evo from samsung which have better performance overall and better consistency.

- Drop that power supply for a different EVGA model. Avoid the b1/g1 NEX units. Look instead for G2/GS/B2/GQ/P2. Or anything from seasonic/XFX

what do you prefers for the graphic card because it doesn't shipped yet i want somthing that is strong with and without over clock (i wont over clock soon) and have a good cooling because all the game i'll play well be AAA games so its going to be very heavy (its going to be shipped in couple of hours so i appreciate if you reply fast and i dont care about any warranty because i dont live in USA and the shipping will coast hell so is there any diffrence in the performance between the blue and the black one ??

980 ti and the Fury X are two amazing cards, either one is a great option. The only problem with the Fury X is that it does not have HDMI 2.0 support, so if you use HDMI go for a 980 ti. The Fury X is displayport
