msi gtx 950 2gb OC edition
8GB G. Skill (Only use's 4GB ram because I have 32bit)
Corsair 600M
gpu use's only 30% of usage. I get 20-30fps with saints row the third at 1280x720p at low settings. Same problem with other games. I've looked all over the internet for this solution but haven't found any. My friends told me its because I have 32bit.So I was hoping I was going to find a PC god here to see if he/she has the solution to my problem.
