Case Swap Front Panel Connector Issues

I recently swapped my Gaming Computer's case from a CiT Neptune to a Corsair Carbide Series Air 540. I have checked all the internal components and the Front Panel Headers twice but even though the motherboard and GPU LEDs light up when connected to the mains, the PC's Power Switch refuses to do anything along with the rest of the front panel switches and LEDs. The motherboard is an Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0. Form Factor is ATX. The PSU is an AeroCool Integrator 700W and the GPU is an Asus GTX 760 2Gb. Thanks in advance!

I was already planning to do this, my new GTX 970 won't work with it due to a lack of 6-pin PCIe connectors. A friend of mine says that could also be the thing causing all this. Thanks!
