CPU Having Ridiculously High Temperatures After PC Fell Off Desk

Right, my PC fell off my desk, and the CPU fan fell off. Now I have really high PC temperatures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using an intel i5 4400 with the stock cooler on an ASUS 885M-G board.

check to make sure the cooler fan is still plugged in if it is you may need to reapply the thermal paste

"Ridiculously High Temperatures" doesn't mean much to us as we don't see the system. What are the temperatures in the BIOS, at idle and at full load? What's the ambient temperature?
