4 120mm fans VS 1 230mm fan

Hey guys, I have a Rosewill Thor V2 case that I bought specifically so it'd be quiet. But there's this buzzing sound coming from the front fan that's driving me crazy, so I just want to switch out every fan now.
I have space for:

Front: 200mm-230mm fan

Side:1: 200mm-230mm fan OR 4 X 120mm

Top: 200mm-230mm fan

Rear: 120-140mm fan

I was wondering wether getting a 200mm fan would benifit in terms of sound (mostly) than 4 quiet 120mm fans. Also if you guys could help me pick out other quiet fans for everything else, I live in Canada, I'd like to spend less than $25 with taxes per fan, and the preferred theme is white.

For the 200-230 I saw cooler master mega flow and bitfenix spectre pro but I don't know how loud the betfinix is.

Thanks.

Solution
The bigger the fan (assuming quality isn't garbage) the quieter it will be in theory. The sound is usually in a lower tone as well more of a mmmmm, instead of a eeeee sound you get from smaller fans when they spin at full RPM.

I can't vouch for which are good these days. I had some 200mm cooler masters years ago and I liked them.

So I should just get 1 230mm fan? What about this entire static pressure thing?

eh I don't think it matters at all except for fans that go directly on radiators/heatsinks and even then I think its mostly marketing BS. If it does make a difference its very minor, not like your CPU is going to melt if you get one or the other.
