OK so I presently upgraded to a 390 and i5 4690k (its running at stock)
And It was great for a while 70fps max at 1080p but now I'm getting like 50fps and I don't know why
So I booted up GPU-Z and Intel extreme tuning and found my CPU doesn't go above 80percent utilization and my GPU while sometimes peaking at 100percent is normally around 60percent use.
Also the 390 has 8gb of gddr5 but is only using 2gb and is using 90 percent of the normal ram (8gb @1500mhz) so I don't know why has my graphics card like been turned of and onbard graphics are on?
Also I have tried turning the graphics down to min on everything at there is no fps change
So maby a fps limiter but I can't find it
Any help would be much appreciated
