Is my build finally a good solid build. I really don't want to spend to much on this build. Also if anyone says to switch gpu from gtx 960 to radeon r9 380 I personally just favor Nvidia.

Right well, get a 120GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD in there as a boot drive, and use the 1TB for games. Also, the Hyper 212 is very hard to install so if you want something easier to install I recommend a cooler from Arctic. Apart from that all rock solid.

No, you won't have to pay. Reinstalling windows at least for myself isn't hard because I've done it dozens of times before. For a noob like yourself it can be a bit daunting, especially then you have to reinstall games etc.

HDDs are inexpensive can easily be added later on. You could save money, by maybe selling old computer if you have one washing car doing chores etc.
