I had a 3tb external hdd that had 3 partitions on it. I unplugged it and plugged into another computer but it didn't show up. Then I plugged it back into my computer and it also didn't show up. It has been working perfectly before then. The drive shows up under devices but not under my computer. I am running WIN10 now and had Win8.1 before then. I tried recovery media but they didnt work. Test Disk doesn't show the partitions either. Does anyone know how to get my information back? I had about 1 tb of data on that drive.

That is unpleasant.
Is the drive recognized by Disk Management and how? You can check that out on Win 10 system and on a different one if possible.
In case it is, you can try using some more data recovery tools as well.
In case it is not, you need to try using a different USB cable.(power cable if required as well) If the issue persists, then I guess your system recognizes only the enclosure but not the HDD inside.
