http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Nrrnbv this is my current build I have a 1tb hard drive and a 600 watt power supply and that's why I excluded it from my budget of roughly $500. I'm looking to stream some mid tier games like csgo and such as well as play AAA games like fallout 4 looking around the CPU and GPU don't seem to bottleneck each other but any help suggestions on the build are appreciated.

Uh... Buy preowned. An i7-920, decent X58 motherboard, with 6 GB of good Corsair RAM goes for about $200 right now, while your FX with the RAM and motherboard costs $262. A Radeon HD 7970, which performs just about the same with the Radeon R9 380, costs $150.
