Is My Graphics Card Dying? (Weird Graphical Glitches)

Hi guys. So spontaneously today whilst playing Rocket League my game froze with a really weird screen glitch. Since then, it repeatedly happened, and I think its getting even worse by the second. It happens randomly when playing any game on my PC, and is completely fine for browsing the internet and doing other tasks. After doing a lot of research I found that one of the problems could be overheating so I cleaned the dust out of my PC and monitored the temperatures. All temps were normal and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. After reading a lot on the topic i'm starting to believe that my graphics card may simply be dying, which is disappointing because I only got it last Christmas.
My graphics card is a AMD Radeon R9 270. If it is my graphics card i'm fine with buying a new one, but I just want to make sure that there isn't something else causing the damage, that could do the same to a new one, but like I said I have had no problems with my PC for an entire year and today it spontaneously decided to pull this on me. Sorry if this is a little bare in terms of background info but I feel as if I have narrowed it down to being a problem with my graphics card, but I could easily be wrong so I just want a second opinion.

Some basic info:

*Running Windows 10*

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 270
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8gb
System: 64bit
PSU: Corsair HX650

(All drivers are up to date)

Im hoping the attatched video will be a clear indicator.

Anyways thanks for your time.

Yep, looks like it's dead to me, pretty classic symptoms and result.
Check your documentation, if it's only a year or so old it'll be under warranty, although the return process can take some time so you might want to consider replacing it then selling the warranty returned card.

With that FX4300 as CPU I'd not go much higher than a R9 380 class of card.

It looks like your gpu may be going bad. Try lowering the clock rate on the gpu and see if that fixes it. If it does then it's definitely your gpu. If it's not overheating then there's not much you can do about it.

That's a GPU issue right there. Have you tried reinstalling drivers? Also as petek said, try lowering down your clocks. I heard that a lot of 270 and 270X are going bad with multiple issues from day one, even mine. My 270X would keep crashing to desktop while playing graphic-intensity games as soon as 5 minutes into the game. Just saying that you are not alone.

Hmm I tried lowering the clockspeed and it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

Also its started to happen outside of games. Its now effecting my desktop.

Tried before and it didnt seem to do anything either. Now when I turn on my PC my monitor is blank. Monitor has power, my PC is running, but my monitor isnt displaying anything. Im thinking it could just be shot at this point.

Could be a RAM issue. Gaming is a VRAM intensive task, and web browsing isn't, I think you might have a faulty set of RAM in your GPU.
