My rig is composed of

ASUS P5NE-SLI
EVGA NVIDIA GTX 560
DDR2 4GB
CORSAIR CS850M
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GO revision

Please I need an advice on what should upgrade first, for the CPU I will also upgrade mainboard into this ones:

New mainboard:Asus H170 Pro Gaming Mainboard Lga1151(Also new ddr4 memories 4gb Kingston Hyperx)

New CPU: Intel i5 6400 2.7Ghz 6th generation Lga1151

Or upgrading the GPU to use in the older system and buying only the mainboard until well 4 months later that I will probably buy a new CPU

New GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 Gaming 2GB

New Mainboard: New mainboard:Asus H170 Pro Gaming Mainboard Lga1151(Also new ddr4 memories 4gb Kingston Hyperx)

Will I have a completely noticiable bottleneck because of the CPU?

Also Im playing of using the PC for gaming on a 1080p monitor (32´)

This are the only components I can buy, maybe the mainboard I can change it for a Gigabyte G1 B7 that is like 15 $ cheaper

Okay, I also have a Q6600. I bought a 2560X1600 display and a Titan to go with it and had good luck with gaming. I will be finally updating my CPU in a month or two. Get a good GPU first. Do not SLI old cards. You are asking for trouble. Until DX12 really takes hold SLI is almost a waste.

Thanks for your help guys
Actually after reading a lot of commentaries it is indeed possible for me to buy not an ASUS H170 Pro Gaming but an Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 5 and the same processor an i5 6400, should I go for this or still go for a GPU upgrade first?
