Which PSU is the best

I am trying to buy a PSU under 4.5k(67$) and i tried to check to see which one is the best but right now i am confused between these two
i got the GTX 970 so need to power this baby up to its maximum

The two VPs are about equally good, and OK, but not great. What's the rest of your system. I run an 80W CPU and a 970 on a very good 450W PSU, so the 500 would be enough. If you plan to overclock the GPU and/or overclock your CPU, then I would go with the 650W.
