Looking for budget MICRO atx motherboard for 4790k and GTX 970?

Hello and thank you for taking your time reading this! (In advanced)

I'm just a regular 15 year old high school kid ready to accomplish greater things, by building his very first PC. (Been dreaming towards this for a couple years now haha).

I've found liking into my build:
cpu-4790k
gpu- GTX 970 (Windforce with LOGO lighting white)
RAM- TWO kits of Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - White (2x8) Which makes a total of 32Gb's
Case- Corsair Carbide Series Air 240 WHITE Micro ATX case.
And the rest is just typical stuff.

All I need now is a Micro ATX motherboard that'll work with my parts, and maybe fit in with the black and white color scheme. I'd also like it to be cheap under $200!

There are no B/W Z97 mATX boards. I use a very good budget mATX board for overclocking my i7 4790K and it works well, but it's too gaudy for your taste, likely. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97M%20OC%20Formula/ (Being colorblind has some advantages)

I'll be going for that gigabyte one! I've been looking at it eversince but i guess there are no B/W motherboards. Its okay! Thank you guys for replying. I'll just paint the red parts. Considering is also a great motherboard!
