OK so recently bought a full pc from someone and it is a Moba(MSI a78M-E35Z) Video(GTX 980 PNY) CPU(AMD Athlon x4 860k QuadCore) witch at stock is 3.69 but i was able to reach 4.5ghz.I bought a Lepa 240 water cooler. oh and a 630w PSU.
But the problem is when i overclock my CPU doesn't over heat(only 60c at max) or shut down the mother board does. and when i load up game my GPU is only at about 65-70%GPU usage on witcher 3 and about 40& on other games but im only getting 50FPs. and GPU is only at about 65c. I am thinking of buying a i7 4790k because i believe that my CPU is bottle necking it and a new motherboard(around 90usd to 120usd) Please help me out i dont know if i do need to or whats going on, and if i need to get a new CPU,MOBA,PSU. any help will be very thankfull
