when i inserted pen drive in system it ask many time for insstaltion

i have installed windows XP but when i insert a Disk Drive or pen drive system is asking install usb drive after completed driver installation it work but after remove the drive and insert another device then its asking th esame question

When you installed XP, did you also install the chipset drivers too? How about XP service Pack 3?
