I just got myself a new EVGA 430W Power Supply Unit, I've got it all set up and wired up to the case, HDD, Optical drive and Motherboard and still its not turning on, not even the fan is moving and also i have tried multiple cables, the cable that came with it, my tv cable and also a spare one i found in my draw and still no sign of it getting power and one last thing i have also rewired everything in the case just in case it was in the wrong place and yet again it still dosn't work, i know this is a long block of text but seriously i spent 3 years saving up for my computer parts and it dosn't work!

Please, somebody help! D:

so, checking the obvious things: the switch on the back is in the on I position instead of the off O position, right? if you're plugging into a power bar, is that power switch also on?

24pin securely fully clipped into motherboard?
4+4pin also securely clipped into motherboard? (either as just a 4pin section or the whole block)
are your motherboard's front panel connectors attached properly? maybe some are swapped or reversed.
