Can anyone give me some feedback on this build I've put together for just over £600? Are there any areas where I could spend less with minimal performance implications? Are any parts going to hold the build back? Will it actually work when I put it all together?

From what I understand I will be able to run most modern games on High-Ultra (Depending on the game) with 40+ FPS at 1080p with this build. Is that a reasonable expectation? I am also planning on upgrading in the future, so would this build allow for me to install a better GPU etc. easily (the likes of the GTX 970)? I'm not planning on overclocking at this point in time although I may well do in the future when I have done more research. Will the stock fan be OK without over clocking and will I be able to install a better fan if I do decide to take that route?

Apologies for the long question, and thanks in advance!

Why not drop the SSD, it doesn't help gaming apart from reducing load times. You can always add one later. Use the money saved to get a better gpu rather than planning on buying a better one later.

As said get a better PSU, apart from that it's a good build.
