Wondering if this case will fit everything and if the case is good. Also I don't want to spend more on a case because I am already a little above my budget.https://pcpartpicker.com/user/AJLefty015/saved/

Solution
it'll fit, but if you're already over budget, then consider:

skip the Hyper212 cooler for now, you can add it later on
skip the Noctua fan for now, you can add one later
find a cheaper microATX board and cheaper microATX case - there's really no point in a giant ATX board if you're only running a single graphics card
do you have an old DVD drive you can use just to install Win8.1 from? no point in buying these things anymore

ATX and mATX (microATX) are standardized motherboard and case sizes. imaging that ATX is a Large, mATX is a Medium, and mITX is a Small. well, they actually are like that. you can fit any board into a large case, but a large board can only fit into a large case. so, less choices when it comes to cases.

mATX gives you 99% of the features of ATX, with more choices and less size. for a single graphics card computer, an ATX is not necessary - you can use ANY of the three board sizes. the smaller the board, the more case options you have.

here's a slightly cheaper build - i swapped the motherboard, case, and power supply, and removed the cooler and fan. it's about $115 less in total

if you don't plan on overclocking the CPU, you can get it down quite a bit more:
