NTDLR Error booting from Windows 7 Disc

I am trying to install windows 7 professional on a computer with a empty hard drive, I have the Disc drive set to first place in the BIOS and im opening the boot menu and trying to boot from the disc.
The disc is fine because i used it on another computer a day before this one

I think you can do a reset of your bios configuration. This may help you. If it doesn't help you try downloading a new windows 7 disc as normally windows 7 does not come with NTLDR. Its discontinued and is only used till windows NT. Here in windows 7 it uses boot mgr. I think it is not booting from disk.

If you motherboard supports UEFI the please enable legacy or change the boot option to legacy. Please consider disabling the secure boot.

I hope I have helped you with this answer. If it is set to legacy you can set it to UEFI and also check it.
