Right so last night I was using my of and working fine no issues and powered it off via shutdown. A few days ago I replaced all fans with silent wings 2 so I had to take the water cooling systems out (i have 2) so i could put them in. Did that and it worked fine, so I decided to wait a few days to get another part which was an m.2 ssd to put in before I re install the second watercooling loop. It all worked fine with all new parts last night but this morning when I opened the pc up to put the system back in when we tried to run the pump by powering it on nothing happened. Apart from a split second start up which instantly got cancelled. No post codes showed either on the motherboard. The motherboard has all power indicator leds on that usually are on when it's off. Even with clearing cmos removing ram and checking all cables are connected same problem occurs. Power supply is connected to all cables too and motherboard cables are seated correctly. No idea what's happened but would appreciate help :)

PC specs:
ASUS maximus vii formula
i7 4790k
ASUS gtx 960 strix
ASUS xonar phoebus
H100i
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb ssd
Samsung 840 Evo 120gb ssd
Crucial 2260 250gb m.2 ssd
Corsair RM750 psu
Custom watercooling system is for the vrm (unnecessary I know but yeah) 240mm radiator and hard tube pipes with a basic pump reservoir combo.

We have definitely not spelled any liquid in the system this morning !!! I was very careful with filling it and it's not even filled much yet.

Thank for you for any help in advance!!!

Solution
Ok, if you suspect that if you have extra or you can barrow it, try to replace that, lets see if after replacing it will return to normal your computer. If not lets go on to the PSU and Mobo.

The most recent component installed was the m.2 ssd but after I installed that I configured to correctly and has no files in it yet. I played csgo for about 2 hours after I installed this and had no problems. So confusing why it doesn't work now !!!

I suspect the Video Card creeping, you can try to remove it and back it again to the slot, because you said there are no post and there are LED indicator of the MOBO. If there are short parts I'm sure there are no lights coming from PSU. What is the actual mode right now?Power light is on, nothing on screen I'm right?

What did you install after the SSD? the rest of the watercooling loop? Something you did while installing that is causing the short. As a safety measure, the PSU won't let the PC boot up if it detects a short.

If there are no lights of the front panel of cpu, check this, be sure that there are voltage output came from voltage regulator and the power cord is ok and produces voltage AC to the input of your PSU. You can check your PSU output using VOM,if there are no voltage output. You PSU is damage you can check inside if the glass fuse is burn. replace the PSU, there is also tendency the cause of no power cause of the MOBO damage can't start using the power button.

Right, h100i flicks on for a split second and the white led on the gpu is on. I'm not at home right now but one thing I did think of is that the pump may have shorted out? Maybe that would cause the problem ?
