Hi guys, HWMonitor is reporting my VCORE voltage to be 1.776V. After searching online, I am told that this voltage is too high. Should I be worried? Or is this an acceptable voltage? I am rather new to this so bear with me haha

Specs:
Processor: Intel i5-4590
8GB RAM Kingston
GPU: GTX 960
PSU: Coolermaster V650 (V550 before replacement)
Motherboard: Asus H97M-plus
Windows 10

Also my CPU temperatures seem to be a little high. Goes up to 46c while using firefox. Could it be linked to the voltage?

Using Intel XTU, the CPU Core Voltage on mine is 1.131 V while running the CPU Stress Test and it drops as low as 0.7 V at idle. 46°C is not that hot if you use the stock cooler; mine is 39°C with a TX3 cooler at ambient 23°C. Monitor it with Intel XTU and take the ambient temperature into account.
