1920 x 1080 and im playing Fallout 4 on Max settings, it worked perfectly before i got the second monitor, now Low settings lag for me. i have an intel i7 4709k

Are you trying to play Fallout 4 on both screens at once? so a resolution of 3840 x 1080?
