I´m right now overclocking, but I need a good software to test the overclocking performance.
Any good softwares?
Ps: This is my first time overclocking

Cpu: i7 5820k

Get intel burn test and Prime95. How I check if my overclock is stable is by, first stress testing it on intel burn test, and if it passes that I go on to Prime95, and let it run for 24 hours. if it doesnt crash within 24 hours then its most likely going to be stable.

Intel burn test: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/intelburntest.html

Prime95: http://www.mersenne.org/download/

I read that the prime95 isn't a good tool for the 6 cores, because it doesn't give the right tempratures etc

It doesnt show you temps...it makes your CPU do lots of Calculation, thus stress testing it at 100% load on all the cores. if you want to see temps of your CPU cores. Get Core Temp. http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

Yeah, I watched a video from Linus where he says that prime95 can damage cpu over time.

How would you test it with aida64?
You go to system stability test and check mark these right?
# STRESS CPU
# STRESS FPU
# STRESS CACHE
# STRESS SYSTEM MEMORY

After you click on stress for how long should I wait?

Depends on the Prime95 version. I use Aida64 to monitor temps and cpu usage for both stress testing and monitoring high intensity processing. If you run Aida64 Stress FPU-only, it produces higher temps than Prime95 v26.6 - and is not representative of true cpu workloads.
