Power Supply Unit and my case and GPU

my pc is
i5 2400
mobo - ga h61m d2h
hdd- WD Black Caviar 1tb and wd 250 gb
1 dvd drive
Gpu- Asus Gtx 960 4gb
Ram- (corsair vengeance ddr3 4gb) X 2
My UPS is APC Back UPS RS 600.
Is Seasonic s12ii 520W good for my RIG.
Is Seasonic s12ii 520W top Mountable in the case as my pc case supports top mounted PSU.
Plz help me with your answers....

The PSU will work for either top or bottom mount.

Edit - As long as your case is designed for a standard ATX PSU.

It's all compatible and plenty of power.

Face PSU fan down in a top mounted case if there is no ventilation at the top of case.

If there is no ventilation grill at the top of your case mount PSU with fan down.

You don't want to block air to the fan. Point it down like SR-71 said, if you don't have holes in the top of the case.
