Hi!
I know there are lots of threads on this forum about the dreaded error 43, I’ve read them, believe me, and I’ve tried everything the internet has to offer to fix it without any success. I’m desperate.
It’s a desktop PC running a clean install of Windows 10 with an Intel i5-330 and a Digitron IPMH61P1 motherboard.

Here’s what I’ve tried (not in this particular order):
Used Linux to see if it also showed the error. It did.
Fresh install of Windows 10.
Unplugged the front panel USB cable and plugged it back again / in another connector / left it unplugged.
Cleaned the USB ports with hardware cleaning products.
Edited the registry.
Changed power options for everything under Universal Serial Bus Controllers on the device manager.
Changed Windows’ power settings.
Changed power settings on the BIOS.
Unable USB from working on the BIOS.
Updating drivers.
Disabling / uninstalling / UBS ports.
Scanning for hardware changes.
CCleaner.
Plugging the device on the front / back USB. Doesn’t make any difference.
Unistalled all hidden devices. Worked for sometime and now it takes a bit longer to disconnect.

Here’s what I want to try:
Smash it with a sledgehammer.

Flash drives are working. Cellphones are working. Printer is working.
MIDI controller is not working. Audio interface is not working. Gamepads are not working. I can use them for about 30 seconds before they are disconnected and connected again. I’ve also tested them all in other computers and they’re all working fine.
Please help me.

Didn't work.
I think it's a hardware problem. Maybe one of the onboard usb ports have a hardware problem that's causing it or maybe a power supply issue like you said.
